From our Martiena and bossona olive groves we produce an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, obtained from a cold pressing and with a maximum acidity level of 0,6% (oleic acid). Immediately after pressing it has a Golden colour with greenishh and dark olive green hints. It has an intensely fruity fragrance, though not pungent, while to the taste it has a pleasantly sharp harmony with hints of artichoke and an aftertaste of amolnds.
