We produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil in our olive groves in Martiena and Bossona, obtained by cold pressing, with a 0.6% maximum acidity (oleic acid).
It has a golden colour with greenish and dark green olive hues immediately after pressing. Its flavour, a fragrant non-sharp fruity aroma, is harmonious, pleasantly tart with an enjoyable vein of artichoke and an almond aftertaste.
