DESCRIPTION AND FOOD MATCHING:
The Sancta Catharina is a highly concentrated wine, powerful and complex, with intense fragrances of crushed raspberry and blackberry and hints of dark chocolate. Full-bodied with velvety tannins and a long fruity finish.

30% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot
