DESCRIPTION AND FOOD MATCHING:
Sweet wine, ideal to be aged for a long time, to drink between 10 and 12°C. Its wide and complex variety of flavours matches perfectly with dry cakes.
 
GRAPE VARIETIES
50% malvasia, 30% trebbiano, 20% grechetto.
 
SOIL CHARACTERISTICS
Medium texture, sandy.
 
TRAINING METHODS
Horizontal spurred cordon.
 
PLANTING DENSITY
4700 plants per hectar.
 
AVERAGE GRAPE HARVEST PER HECTAR
60 quintals / hectare
 
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES
The grapes are dried naturally on special layers and the juice, obtained after a gentle pressing is slowly fermented, in winter time, in small casks.
 
REFINEMENT TECHNIQUES
5 years of aging in small oak casks.
