Every tasting is an encounter, an intimate dialogue between the wine and the one who savors it. In our welcoming spaces, surrounded by the vineyards of Montepulciano, we guide our guests on a journey that tells the story of the Dei family and the philosophy that inspires our winery.
From the youngest, freshest reds to Vino Nobile, every glass becomes an opportunity to discover the identity of a territory and the care with which we cultivate our vineyards. Tastings can be enriched with samples of typical local products and dishes designed to highlight the harmony between wine and food.
It is not just an oenological experience, but a true sensory journey that engages sight, taste, and smell, leaving the memory of an authentic moment to be shared.
Cantine Dei EnoTours
Cantine Dei is at once a place and a unique experience. Walking down the circular ramp, descending seven meters underground, and visiting the four areas of the winery mark the beginning of the journey. Listening to the story of my family, of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and of its land are the intermediate stages. The final destination, the crowning moment, is the tasting of our wines.
