For me, the Bossona Riservais one of the highest expressions of our land. It carries with it the echo of the Tuscan scrubland surrounding the vineyards and is a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano with a complex, elegant, balanced structure.

A Vino Nobile di Montepulciano from 100% Sangiovese. Madonna Delle Querce, an elegant and classy cru, takes its name from the small church next to the vineyard. It is dedicated to my father, Glauco Dei.

Among the colours of Sangiovese is pink: this Toscana Rosato offers fresh, especially floral and red berry fruit aromas, high acidity and aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry.

Alongside the Vino Nobile, is the Vin Santo di Montepulciano: heir to the Tuscan and Sienese traditions I hold dear, this wine expresses a fascinating complexity, with hints of candied fruit and almond paste.
Olive Oil and Grappa
From our Martiena and Bossona olive groves, a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Cold pressed, golden coloured with greenish reflections and dark olive green immediately after pressing.
Sangiovese pomace, still fresh, is the only ingredient that – skilfully distilled using state-of-the-art techniques and generational experience – is used in the production of our grappa.
The Territory and Vineyards
I believe that Cantine Dei’s most important secret is its respect for the land: as if to repay us for the care and attention we give it every day, it nourishes and characterises each of the fine grapes we grow there.
